By placing an order with Leisla Flowers & Gift Shop, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received or accepted (for Cash on Delivery).
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, with a full refund.
Delivery
- Same-day delivery in Nairobi: Only for orders placed before 2:00 PM on the requested day.
- Countrywide delivery: Typically 1–3 business days depending on location.
- Delivery fees vary by location and are shown at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
- For corporate and bulk orders, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
Products – Flowers & Gifts
- Flower arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from product photos.
- We guarantee all flowers are fresh at the time of delivery.
- Colour substitutions may be made when specific flowers are unavailable, maintaining the same quality and value.
- For perishable items, we are not responsible for deterioration after delivery.
Payments
- We accept M-Pesa payments and Cash on Delivery.
- M-Pesa payments must be completed before your order is processed.
- Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas - payment is due upon receipt of goods.
- We do not accept returns of perishable items (flowers) unless damaged upon delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be accepted.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with a photo as evidence.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — belongs to Leisla Flowers & Gift Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
